Why we chose our ingredients

- Sugar is a natural exfoliant that is gentle enough for sensitive skin. 

- Apricot oil aids in maintaining the softness and suppleness of your skin. 

- We chose castor oil for it's anti-inflammatory properties. The consistency of castor oil also helps in creating a thick scrub that won't slide off your hands or body. 

- Behentrimonium Methosulfate (BTMS-50) may sound like a harmful chemical, but it is a safe, plant-based emulsifying wax derived from rapeseed oil. This vegan friendly conditioner aids in combining ingredients that normally would separate, such as oil and water. 

- Cocamidropropyl betaine is a more natural and gentle alternative to sodium lauryl sulfate. In addition to cleansing the skin, it helps make your scrub thick and creamy.
